Can anyone give me any power hour tips?
I am going to be playing power hour tips with my buddies. Power hour is where you take a shot of beer every minute and it comes out to 6 beers after everything is over. I am going to eat a cheese steak a few hours before. Any tips for not puking? I have puked twice before. Once after drinking the whole night, and once after finishing a water bottle of vodka,rum, and whiskey mixed. Trust me I paid for it dearly. Thanks in advance!
Drink a ton of water, a mean a ton, everyday twice or thrice a day until you start. The day of, do it once in the morning and that’s it (depends what time you’re starting) but still drink water periodically. When I say a lot of water, drink a crazy amount of water until your stomach is completely full, then drink even more, it will expand your stomach. Also make sure you go to the bathroom before you start and make sure to take the shot right when each song starts, even if it hurts. If you wait and do it half way through, it will catch up to you with the upcoming songs.
